Dr D'Alessio will be joining us at Pediatric Associates of Fall River August of 2026. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her medical degree from Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut. Dr. D'Alessio completed her internship and residency at Brown University Health/Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Following her residency, she served as Chief Resident for the Brown Pediatrics Residency Program. She is board certified in pediatrics. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband, young daughter, and their extended family throughout New England. Dr. D'Alessio is pleased to accept new patients.

Muriel joined Pediatric Associates in July of 2015 as an LPN. She finished her Undergraduate nursing degree at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. While working as a nurse she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing through Walden University. She obtained her Board Certification specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing across the lifespan. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting and cooking.
Jillian is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who attended Rhode Island College and received her Bachelors in Nursing. She then earned her Masters Degree of Science in Nursing for both primary and acute care at Northeastern University. Jillian has 15 years of pediatric experience including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Emergency room at Hasbro, Pediatric Orthopedics, Outpatient Pediatrics and Pediatric Clinical Instructor for undergraduate nursing students. She enjoys being with her six kids and looks forward to caring for the kids of the PAFR community.
