Welcome Dr. Shanelle D'Alessio

Dr D'Alessio will be joining us at Pediatric Associates of Fall River August of 2026. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her medical degree from Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut. Dr. D'Alessio completed her internship and residency at Brown University Health/Hasbro Children's Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. Following her residency, she served as Chief Resident for the Brown Pediatrics Residency Program. She is board certified in pediatrics. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband, young daughter, and their extended family throughout New England. Dr. D'Alessio is pleased to accept new patients.

Make your own appointment for simple illnesses like sore throats, ear pain, eye drainage, cough, and flu-like symptoms. Ongoing illnesses or problem visits will NOT be seen at these appointments.  At the top of the website, log into your patient portal to book your visit.

Muriel K. Carle, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Muriel joined Pediatric Associates in July of 2015 as an LPN. She finished her Undergraduate nursing degree at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. While working as a nurse she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing through Walden University. She obtained her Board Certification specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing across the lifespan. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, crafting and cooking.

Welcome Jillian Henry, MSN, CPNP

Jillian is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who attended Rhode Island College and received her Bachelors in Nursing. She then earned her Masters Degree of Science in Nursing for both primary and acute care at Northeastern University. Jillian has 15 years of pediatric experience including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Emergency room at Hasbro, Pediatric Orthopedics, Outpatient Pediatrics and Pediatric Clinical Instructor for undergraduate nursing students. She enjoys being with her six kids and looks forward to caring for the kids of the PAFR community.

We’ve seen just about every doctor there for sick visits and they are all absolutely amazing, except for one. But our primary doctor, Dr. Glanz is absolutely amazing. They got him right in, ran tests, prescribed meds and have checked in on us several times to see how he is doing. Outstanding care! My kids have been coming to this office for 19+ years now and absolutely no complaints. My son is now on the mend and I couldn't be more grateful for this team!

The doctors are all nice and respectful never rush you. Answer all questions you may have. The Waite times can be long. It's not all the time but it happens. When calling for appointments you can be on hold for 15 min to 45min. They take care of my daughter and go above and beyond in some situations. So I'll take the long Waite times if it means my daughter will get the care she needs.

All the staff there are so lovely and helpful, I had such a hard time finding a formula that worked well for my daughter, and Dr.Costa was able to work with us on finding one, I couldn’t have asked for a better team!!

I absolutely love their patient portal. It is so easy and convenient there have been multiple occasions where I have had to message the staff in regard to a sick child instead of bringing them into the office for something such as a doctors note or a prescription for Tylenol is so practical . This portal is the best tool for Parenting

Pediatric Associates in Fall River (located right behind St. Anne's Hospital) is a fantastic facility. Choosing this practice 15 years ago was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made; my child has received the absolute best care ever since. The entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Staci Resnick and the other physicians are incredible, but what really sets them apart is their psychiatry department. Dr. Muriel Carle is amazing with children—you can tell just by the way she speaks with them that she truly cares. It immediately puts you at ease as a parent. If you're looking for a dedicated and compassionate pediatric team, I can't recommend them enough.
